1) Emma Swan, placing protective barriers, being a go-to for those outside the room and inside the room to let people know how how long it will be or if they need more distractions etc, making sure things are generally going smoothly.
They could use bracelet communication to coordinate as I don't think anyone has any walkie talkies around, and the bracelet method of communicating is likely still the safest! Distraction coordinators can check in w/ Emma through those means to ask if they need more time and more distractions.
